NMC & WCRC SOCIAL TRAINING RUN
Start and Finish: Marlins Aquatic Club, Tennis Street, Windhoek, Namibia.
30 KM & 21.1 KM Start at 05:30 AM and 5, 7, 10, 15 KM start at 06:00 AM
Register ONLINE or come early to register at the site
Due to COVID -19 it is advisable to carry own water bottle though refreshment will be provided at table station for those running under the Club.
NMC & Meat Health Members participate for FREE, just show your CARD MEMBER at the registration table
Paid up Club Members pays N$20.00 and Non Members pays N$30.00

The following age restrictions may apply to road running in Namibia.
- Minimum Age to participate in road running in Namibia is 12 years.
- Under age of 14 - Maximum 10km.
- age 14 - 15 years, Maximum 15km.
- Age 16-19 years, Maximum 32km.
- Age 20 years or more, Full marathon(42.2).
