Distances are: 35 km, 42.2 km & 60 km and all Start at: 05:00
REGISTRATION IS STRICTLY ONLINE, NO MORE MORNING REGISTRATION ON SITE!!!!!
Due to COVID-19 it is advisable to carry own water bottle though Refreshment will be provided at the Table Stations.

The following age restrictions may apply to road running in Namibia.
- Minimum Age to participate in road running in Namibia is 12 years.
- Under age of 14 - Maximum 10km.
- age 14 - 15 years, Maximum 15km.
- Age 16-19 years, Maximum 32km.
- Age 20 years or more, Full marathon(42.2).
